Flightkart Refund Policy

Your refund request for the airfare or any other services booked through Flightkart is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party service provider/supplier from whom the services were purchased. The handling of guidelines and rules regarding refunds is determined by these service providers.

– Special airfares and deals are often non-refundable, with airline cancellation fees amounting to 100% of the paid fare. Additionally, airlines’ cancellation charges and service fees apply to all reservations made through Flightkart, along with Flightkart’s service fee.

– If a refund is applicable, the processing time for the refund to reach you may take up to 10 weeks from the date of your request processed by Flightkart. In exceptional circumstances, the airline may take longer to process the refund, and Flightkart is not responsible for delays caused by the airline or supplier.

– Currency conversion rates apply to charges and fees for services provided by suppliers based outside New Zealand.

– In the event of circumstances such as bankruptcy, insolvency, or liquidation of the primary service provider leading to a lack of refund issuance, Flightkart is not liable to refund the amount to customers.

– Refund requests must be made via email to cancellation at info@flightkart.co.nz.

– Flightkart can only process refunds to New Zealand bank accounts. Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank account details at the time of cancellation to prevent delays or misplacement of refunds. Refunds will only be processed to the bank account of the authorized person, with approval sought from the registered email ID at the time of booking.

– Deposits made to hold reservations are non-refundable. Customers can adjust the deposit towards bookings within 15 days of the initial payment for the same passengers only.
